S\u2019agit-il d\u2019une r\u00e9elle innovation ou bien a-t-on affaire \u00e0 un nouvel avatar du management participatif ? En quoi l\u2019entreprise lib\u00e9r\u00e9e s\u2019affranchit-elle des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es dans la mise en \u0153uvre de celui-ci ? Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions, nous nous sommes appuy\u00e9s ici sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de trois cas embl\u00e9matiques : le fondeur Favi, le biscuitier Poult et le d\u00e9panneur de flexibles hydrauliques CHRONO Flex.
